Fort Hunza Restaurant was born from a dream to bring the authentic tastes of the Hunza Valley and Pakistan’s northern regions to the heart of Warsaw. Inspired by the breathtaking beauty of Hunza—surrounded by majestic peaks, ancient forts, and crystal-clear rivers—our founders wanted to share more than food; they wanted to share a story of heritage, hospitality, and warmth.

How Fort Hunza came to be

Our head chef comes directly from Hunza, a region known for its purity, longevity, and culinary simplicity rooted in nature.
